Hi! I’m Martina.

Your trauma-informed holistic & alternative therapist and self-empowerment mentor. I help women stop people-pleasing their way through life and rediscover their self-identity and full worth with THEM at the centre.

My unique combination of methods, skills and training allows me to work from the root cause and shadows that are keeping you feeling small, feeling stuck and feeling less than worthy of a confident and self-assured life. I work with the mind, body and the soul to help you let go of and heal from the past, release the energy and emotions trapped in the body, to shift your subconscious patterns and beliefs and own your life fully, guilt-free. My life’s work is about guiding you to stop leading from your wounds and start leading from your worth. And most importantly, to love and accept yourself unconditionally while feeling nourished from the soul up!
